A friend visited over the weekend and I took her on a grand tour of San Francisco. One of the places we went was Clarion Alley, an ever evolving mural project and art movement located in the Mission District.
Art springs up everywhere - walls, signs, trees, sidewalks, fixtures, cracks, telephone poles, fences, and is often painted over an existing work of art. The alley transforms itself daily and is never the same place twice. October 31, 2008.
